Meat

When consuming meat, you should do so only twice a week. There are different types of meat such as; Red Meat – Beef, Goat, Lamb, Poultry – Chicken and Turkey, Pork – Pig’s meat, Seafood –Fish, Crab, Lobster.
You can space it out with about 3 – 4 days in-between consumption and when doing so, it is advised to avoid processed meats like hot dogs or bacons and the likes.
Dairy

Eggs
